15 December 2026: Deadline for submission of abstracts for individual papers
15 January 2027: Notification of abstract acceptance
01-31 January 2027: Early-bird registration
01 February 2027: Regular registration opens
15 March 2027: Registration closes
7-9 May 2027: Conference sessions
10-11 May 2027: Post-conference fieldtrips

Excursion fees will be announced shortly but should not exceed €120
